Digital Marketing Case Study: Personal Injury & Criminal Litigation Law Firm

Background

A former elected official left 20+ years of public service to launch his own private practice law firm. The law firm needed support in building a complete digital marketing and social media presence. After an initial discovery meeting, our team developed an action plan to help this firm establish an online presence.

Challenge

The new practice needed to generate new business and we agreed we could use digital marketing to gain leads through the website and by launching social media channels.

Approach

First, we started with an Action Plan. The Action Plan allowed us to develop a 6-month roadmap and identify specific digital marketing initiatives that would allow this firm to build its online presence.

Because the firm also had no visual branding, we started with developing a brand logo, tagline, and color scheme that would help the firm leverage its visibility. We also coordinated the development of branded materials such as the company’s business cards and stationery.

Once a visual brand was established, we moved into focusing on the other parts of branding which included: Message development and website development.

Our team launched a website and focused on utilizing local SEO tactics to get the firm ranked quickly. We also created and launched social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

As a new law firm, we also helped the client quickly garner online attention through written and video reviews and testimonials along with the launch of a bi-weekly blog.

Outcome

Upon launch, we were able to help the firm gain over 1000 Instagram followers, 100+ LinkedIn connections, and the firm began to average 3-5 new appointment requests per week. The firm also ranked on specific keywords within the first 4 months of the website launch.
